Eric Javidi

Eric Javidi is a managing partner and co-head of Kayne Anderson’s energy infrastructure strategies, where he has broad responsibilities across the group’s investment strategies, strategic initiatives and business development.

Prior to re-joining Kayne Anderson in 2023, Mr. Javidi was an independent consultant to several leading infrastructure private equity firms as well as a public and private company senior executive within the energy infrastructure and energy transition spaces. Mr. Javidi served as chief financial officer and strategic consultant for Archaea Energy Inc., prior to its sale in late 2022. Mr. Javidi also served as chief financial officer of CrossAmerica Partners and as president and chief executive officer of Southcross Holdings LP.

Mr. Javidi was a member of Kayne Anderson’s energy infrastructure group from 2015 – 2019, most recently as a managing director. Mr. Javidi began his career in investment banking, holding various positions of increasing responsibility at Lehman Brothers, Barclays and UBS.

Mr. Javidi earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Duke University with emphases in Finance & Accounting as well as Financial Analysis.
