The Simplify Kayne Anderson Energy and Infrastructure Credit ETF (NYSE: KNRG) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) designed to generate current income, with a secondary goal of capital appreciation. KNRG provides investors access to Kayne Anderson’s Energy Infrastructure team’s multi-decade expertise managing traded energy infrastructure investments in a product with intra-day liquidity and the tax simplicity of a Form 1099.

Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in credit instruments issued by energy and infrastructure companies. The Fund employs an opportunistic strategy that focuses on relative value among credit instruments. This includes a broad array of securities such as bonds, loans, notes, preferred shares, hybrid securities and related derivatives.

KNRG provides exposure to a distinct and growing opportunity set within the energy and infrastructure credit markets – encompassing sectors that are critical to global economic activity, such as oil and gas, power generation, transportation, utilities, and renewable infrastructure. By combining deep sector expertise with disciplined credit analysis, the Fund seeks to identify relative value opportunities and benefit from favorable macro tailwinds including energy security and power demand driven by reshoring of manufacturing and the continued digitization of the economy.
