Direct Fuels is a specialty refining, storage and distribution company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Direct Fuels' core business is refining "transmix" into gasoline and diesel. Transmix results when fuels such as gasoline, diesel or jet fuel get mixed at transition points during shipment in a refined products pipeline. Direct Fuels also operates a fuel distribution and terminalling business and is a large provider of unbranded fuel to the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
ProPetro provides a broad range of drilling and production-related services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the Permian basin in Texas, the MidContinent area, and the Uintah basin in Utah. Services offered by ProPetro include pressure pumping, flowback, coiled tubing, cementing and air drilling.
VantaCore is an aggregates and asphalt company with operations in four states. The company's Winn Materials business includes limestone quarries in Clarksville, Tennessee and Trenton, Kentucky. A third limestone quarry in southwest Pennsylvania operates as Laurel Aggregates. In Louisiana, the company's Southern Aggregates business produces sand and gravel from several mining operations near Baton Rouge. VantaCore's operations in Clarksville, Tennessee also include McIntosh Construction, an asphalt paving and construction company.
