Albert L. Richey
Director
Mr. Richey is a Vice President at Anadarko Petroleum
Corporation. From December 2005 through December 2008 he served as
Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Richey joined Anadarko
in 1987 as Manager of Treasury Operations. He was named Treasurer
later that year and was named Vice President in 1995. Mr. Richey's
background in the oil and gas industry includes The Offshore
Company (a predecessor company to Transocean Ltd.), United Energy
Resources and Sandefer Oil & Gas. Mr. Richey received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce in 1971 from the University
of Virginia. In 1974, he earned a Master of Business Administration
degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the
University of Virginia. He serves as a member of the Board of
Directors for KMF and KED, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Houston
and Boy Scouts of America. In addition to his background in the
energy industry, Mr. Richey's professional experience related to
financial matters and his role as an executive in one of the
largest independent domestic exploration and production companies
equip him to offer further insights to the Board.
