Barry R. Pearl

Director

Mr. Pearl is Executive Vice President of Kealine LLC (and its affiliate WesPac Energy LLC), a private developer and operator of petroleum infrastructure facilities. Mr. Pearl is a member of the Board of Directors of KMF and KED. Mr. Pearl is also a member of the Board of Directors of Targa Resources Partners LP, where he serves as Chairman of the Audit and Conflicts Committee, and of Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P., where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee. From 2006 to 2010 Mr. Pearl was a member of the Board of Directors of Seaspan Corporation. Mr. Pearl was elected President of Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC in February 2001 and Chief Executive Officer and director of TEPPCO Partners, L.P. ("TEPPCO") in May 2002, where he served until December 31, 2005. Mr. Pearl was previously Chief Operating Officer of TEPPCO from February 2001 until May 2002. Prior to joining TEPPCO, Mr. Pearl was Vice President - Finance and Administration, Treasurer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Maverick Tube Corporation from June 1998. Mr. Pearl was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Santa Fe Pacific Pipeline Partners, L.P. from 1995 until 1998, and Senior Vice President, Business Development from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Pearl is past Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association of Oil Pipelines. Mr. Pearl graduated fromIndianaUniversityin 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. He received a Master of Arts degree in Operations Research fromYaleUniversityin 1972 and a Master in Business Administration degree from Denver University in 1975. In addition to his extensive executive experience in the MLP sector and the energy industry, as well as his board experience as a director of several energy-related companies, Mr. Pearl brings to the Board many years of experience as the chairman of the audit committees of several public companies.
