Anne Costin

Director

Ms. Costin is currently a professor at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance. She served as an adjunct professor in the finance and economics department of Columbia University Graduate School of Business from 2004 through 2007. As ofMarch 1, 2005, Mrs Costin retired after a 28-year career at Citigroup, and during the last five years of her banking career she held the position of Managing Director and Global Deputy Head of the Project & Structured Trade Finance product group within Citigroup's Investment Banking Division. Ms. Costin's product group provided integrated advice and non-recourse capital raising in both the bond and bank markets to top tier Citigroup corporate clients in both the developed and emerging markets. Her product group was the acknowledged market leader globally in all relevant league tables. Ms. Costin received a Director's Certificate from the Director's Institute at UCLA Anderson School of Management, a PMD degree from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In addition to her managerial and banking experience, Ms. Costin's academic professional experience related to financial matters equip her to offer further insights to the Board of KYN and KYE.
