Direct Fuels Partners, L.P. (“Direct Fuels”)
Direct Fuels is a specialty refining, storage and distribution company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Direct Fuels’ core business is refining “transmix” into gasoline and diesel. Transmix results when fuels such as gasoline, diesel or jet fuel get mixed at transition points during shipment in a refined products pipeline. Direct Fuels also operates a fuel distribution and terminalling business and has expanded its business lines to alternative fuels, including the onsite production of biodiesel and the transportation and storage of ethanol. Direct Fuels is one of the largest unbranded fuel providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
International Resource Partners LP (“IRP”)
IRP is a fully-integrated coal producer in West Virginia. IRP’s operations include surface mining of steam coal used in power plants and underground mining of metallurgical coal used in steel production. IRP also owns Hampden Coal, a coal washing and coal preparation plant; and Logan and Kanawha, a coal sales and marketing company.
ProPetro Services, Inc. (“ProPetro”)
ProPetro provides a broad range of drilling and production-related services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the Uintah basin in Utah, the Permian basin in Texas, and the MidContinent area. Services offered by ProPetro include specialty air drilling, cementing, flow back, well control, and frac services.
Quest Midstream Partners, L.P., (“Quest”)
Quest is a natural gas gathering and pipeline company with operations in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. Quest’s primary assets include a natural gas gathering system in Kansas and Oklahoma, and an interstate pipeline that transports natural gas from Oklahoma and western Kansas into the Wichita and Kansas City markets.
VantaCore Partners LP (“VantaCore”)
VantaCore is an aggregates and asphalt company formed to acquire aggregate businesses in the domestic market. VantaCore operates in two geographic areas: Clarksville, Tennessee, where its Winn/McIntosh business is located, and Southern Louisiana, where its Southern Aggregates business is located. The assets of the Winn/McIntosh business consist of an aggregate quarry and an asphalt business. The assets of the Southern Aggregates business consist of sand and gravel operations near Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
